Williams Flower & Gift - Hillsboro Florist

The shop lacked in communication when it came to the order. I was never notified that it was shipped or delivered, no pictures of the delivery site. The website and order number they send in the confirmation email is useless as it only shows what you paid for the order. Nothing about the order status, my order didn’t even show up in my account. I called a couple times the day of the delivery to ensure they would be delivered since I live about 1.2k miles away from where I wanted it to be delivered. Asking for status of the order was straightforward enough and the phone was picked up. I was stressed (rightfully so as I don’t make much money and was paying 8x the amount of what I would usually pay for flowers). Good thing is, flowers were delivered at a timely manner! I ordered 2 days in advance and did not choose expedited shipping. Order was delivered about 3-4pm on the date. Recipient was happy about them. The flowers don’t look like the photos online as much, but a gorgeous bouquet nonetheless. I’d say when you’re choosing a bouquet, rely on the color scheme over the specific flowers as the store might not have that specific one in store. Was a pleasant experience but would buy

The order taker was very pleasant and courteous. I specifically asked her to have the order delivered in the morning. This was for my wife's birthday and I wanted her to get it first thing in the morning. I specifically picked this company because I only live 2 miles from them, so I thought that the delivery will be early and the flowers fresh. I called around 10:30 am and was told that the lowers were out for delivery in the morning! We had to leave for dinner at 5:15 and no flowers yet. When we got home at 8:30 pm the flowers were sitting outside our gate! I paid for the premium arrangement. The droopy, wilted flowers in the vase was no premium. But I did pay a premium and am not satisfied! I will not choose these folks again.

I ordered flowers for my twin sister's birthday and they were GOREGEOUS! Exquisite arrangement, delivered early in the day, and I got a photo and email beforehand. Thank you for making our special day even better.

I’ve used Williams twice and it’s been great both times. They do same-day delivery, and they send a picture of your arrangement before it goes to the recipient. I know exactly what they are getting.

It was easy to place an order and it was delivered next day! The arrangement was really beautiful, though I did think it was going to have a similar number of roses in the website photo. The photo on the site is what made me pay for the mist upgraded version. But I was made aware that the look of the arrangement would be up to the florist. All in all, very happy with my purchase and would use them again. *review update: the vendor did contact me to let me know the flowers were low in stock which I didn’t see until after this review. The arrangement was actually much more grand and taller than I expected and the delivery presentation was beautiful! I’m totally satisfied!
